Our founders met early in their Wall Street careers and reunited in 2016 to form Acuity Partners, with the goal of creating a distinctive and responsive investment platform for our clients. We believe our 60+ years of collective experience provides us with the wisdom to create compelling opportunities for our investors.

Bob Spiegel
Bob has worked in wealth management and alternative investments for most of his 30-year career on Wall Street. Bob and his teams have participated in over 150 private financings with total assets raised of over $10 billion. Bob began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert and went on to become an investment advisor at a NYSE member firm in 1989. During his tenure at the firm he became one of three senior managing directors and helped grow the firm from 10 to over 300 employees, with over $2 billion in assets under management. In 2001 Bob joined Trautman Wasserman, where he built and managed a $50 million early stage venture capital fund. From there, Bob co-founded Enclave Financial Group, a boutique advisory firm. Bob is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Acuity Partners and an advisor to a family office in New York City. Bob has an extensive network of relationships across multiple industries including, real estate, finance, venture capital and private equity. Bob is a graduate of Syracuse University. He has 3 children and resides in NYC. Bob is actively involved in UJA, AIPAC, and the bipartisan political group No Labels, as well as the Syracuse University basketball program. Bob is an avid skier, mountain biker, lacrosse player, and enjoys coaching youth lacrosse in Westchester, NY. He is also a co-owner of Ashkleoen LC, a lacrosse club in Israel.
Scott Kurland
Scott is a Wall Street veteran with over 25 years of experience in portfolio management, investment banking, capital raising and wealth management. Scott is currently President and Founder of Acuity Partners, where he sets the vision, looks for partners, and identifies opportunities and investments. Scott is also an advisor to a private family office based out of NYC and Palm Beach, FL. Prior to joining in 2016, Scott was VP of Sales and Recruiting for a leading advertising technology firm. During his time, sales grew from $7MM to $31MM. From 1990-2013, Scott held senior roles as a wealth advisor at Oppenheimer & Co, Wachovia Securities, Merrill Lynch, Raymond James and Sands Brothers. In addition to his professional life as an advisor and investor, Scott resides with his lovely wife of 23 years and 3 children in Westchester County, NY.
